spectacular Indian Root Pills ghost sign uncovering in Nicholson Street, North Fitzroy

Hot off the press: a superb sign currently emerging from under a layer of render in North Fitzroy. It looks like it was painted yesterday. The photos are from an hour ago after a hot tip-off from my beloved:






Later addition: since posting this, some people have asked me how old the sign is. Not sure, but must be pretty old considering the age of the (Edwardian?) house that used to be there:
